Parkville Place Eco estate

No difficulty for me as deputy sheriff to enter as I know the right person to call, otherwise guards wont allow entry for strangers

Visited a friend there. The complex is standard, gated with covered parking and security at the entrance. Not much for recreational as the pool and gardens were not nicely maintained.

If you are looking for a sign wether to sign that lease or not , here it is ,don’t do it 🚩🚩🚩🚩, especially under the agent Michael dontt🚩🚩 run for your life , there’s no network , nothing works in the flat from the stove to the gyser, leaks all over nd no nobody will come to fix them meanwhile they’ll be expecting rent from you month end , nd the rudeness???10/10 as if they r doing you a favour , please don’t do it find another place .

I have lived here for the past couple years, This property is miss managed, please see all my screen shots, the guys managing the property and the trustees will lie through their teeth, 1 min the cameras are working, the next the dvr isn't recording, 1 min the camera cannot see the line the next it can. Micheal is a bullshitter of note along with the trustees, imagine being called a "trustee" when all you do is lie? I hope this gets the attention of anyone wanting to move. Micheal is good for nothing,I say this with all due respect.

It an okay place for students and a start up, but there is zero ventilation … the bathroom has no windows so when you poop the smell even gets to the kitchen ! Due to the no ventilation or air flow … there’s mould which can cause irritations and serious health concerns .as for security… the security guards opens for any car that’s parked outside the gate … You don’t get a remote or anything… you just enter as if it’s a mall. If you are renting… forget about your deposit when you leave the landlords are greedy and selfish…
