All I can say is: find somewhere better if you value peace of mind, because this place does not offer it. For the price you pay, the service is extremely poor. The views and interior are beautiful, but that is where the positives end. If you are prepared to constantly follow up on problems and deal with things not working as they should, then this might suit you. Otherwise, I would not recommend it 😅

Disgusting eyesore adopting soviet architecture in a beautiful neighbourhood

STAY AWAY. Moved in at the beginning of 2026. The building developers and management (BeProp) have been disgustingly useless. These apartments are stunning but that is as far as it goes. The entrance and exit gates have been a mess for months and no one fixes them. You are promised backup water and electricity but when the power is out, it remains off for up to 4 hours before someone bothered getting the generator online. Water and electricity prices started low and worked great until the developers and building management have added fees WITHOUT communicating to tenants which has DOUBLED living expenses, on top of an already EXPENSIVE monthly rent. When asked, its because investors and developers are "not happy with the returns they are seeing with the Smart Power system." Its not the tenant's fault that half the building has been vacant and not everyone is paying for the system. So I hope it remains empty. If you are reading this and considering to move in to this building. Dont. Simply STAY FAR AWAY unless you have deep pockets and don't care. I'll be out the moment my contract allows it.
