Love living at Parq City Apartments! The place is modern, peaceful, clean and feels like home. Definitely recommend it!

A secure and well maintained apartment building. The facilities are clean and the living environment is respectful.

I have loved living here for 2 years now. The location is convenient for me to get to school and going out. The Wi-Fi is incredibly fast and reliable, which has been perfect for online lectures and assignment deadlines. Highly recommend to any student looking for an stress-free place to live.

ParqLite is like home away from home for my daughter who’s doing first year at EMERIS in Pretoria. The accommodation is convenient and few km walking distance close to her campus. The residence is safe and well maintained, tenants are descent. I never had issues with the living arrangement, resident management communication is satisfactory, living arrangements aligns with morals and good values . lastly there’s no wild parties and noise at the residence and is very peaceful for studying. Most importantly the tenants respect each others things and there is no record of theft. I would definitely recommend this accommodation for any parent.
