Pebble Creek Estate

Looking for peace and quiet and a place to focus then you will love Pebble Creek Estate.....Absolutely beautiful place... peaceful and great atmosphere....

Seems safe and secure with a good monitoring system at the gates. Could do with a little renovating here and there, especially the paving. The place looks very big, though. We just visited Park 4, so it's hard to comment on the rest of the estate but very nice place

The change of directors has resulted in inhumane treatment of the resident feral cat colony. Their shelter and food have been taken away by these animal haters without consulting the residents. Very shameful and cruel. We will be moving to another estate which respects animal rights. (This community used to be per friendly !!!!)

So we have lived in the estate for 15 years they keep changing the access method from a card to fingerprint to disc on screen and finally facial recognition. The last one DOES NOT WORK for my staff or my son. No one helps us I am beyond frustrated. Byrne and associates you can do better!!!

The good reviews you find here are from the stand alone private houses, do not be misled because this is not relevant to the smaller residential parks within the estate(called pebble parks). Looks good from the outside but inside these residential parks are poorly maintained, noisy neighbours, tall grass and weeds in the small private gardens, barking dogs, the facial recognition by the gate most times keeps you waiting there forever to gain access, etc. The management there is just poor. I moved in there because I thought its peace and tranquility as the reviews stated, but it is just the opposite. I moved out after 5 months of living there.
