Perspectives

Lived at Perspective for a year and my experience is as follows. I lived at 307# which was sold after I moved in 2020. The garbage area was always smelling and dirty. My landlady was super nice but unfortunately the apartment was cockroach infested from the first month I moved in with my room mate and later learned that a couple of other tenants were experiencing the same issues. The laundry room made life a little easier because I didn't have one of my own. Reception assistance was terrible at most times because of the lack of people skills and knowledge of basic information about the building or who to contact for maintenance issues. I thoroughly enjoyed myself in the roof top pool but the gym had only two equipment at the time and that was disappointing for someone who loves working out. With a that being said, I would live there again because of the convenience and amazing views at the top. Hope they have improve.

The security male sitting behind the desk in reception(Landani) and the lady sitting there with him is extremely rude and arrogant. As Im talking to him he just sits on his phone scrolling through facebook unbothered, Wont recommend.

Great building, security are very strict, but they keep us safe. Maintenance is fantastic, report something and it's fixed in less than 12hrs. Days dependable.

Great views, 24h security, live rooftop terasse 360 degree amazing views and the pool, gym and brasi area.
