Beautiful place but horrible location. Water issues and electricity issues. We can go 24hours without electricity. When there is load shedding don’t expect it to come back. Burst pipe every month so you can go 2 days without water.

A beautiful family estate tucked away in Kengies, security upgrades have been made to the place, the houses are aesthetically maintained, a good place for the elderly or family unit.
