A friend of mine is staying here and it is in a very good neighbourhood. 5 minutes walk to the Sea Point mall and a cheeky 15 minute walk to the Promenade. GREAT choice of place to live in whether you're a travelling or a local looking for a great place to stay in!
Amazing place to stay in the busy Cape town

The manager and the staff they are very helpless One day the electricity stop suddenly and I spent 3 hours with out electricity Really I felt uncomfortable in this house Sometimes they don’t care about the broken things and when I asked them to fix it t they don’t reply I can’t speak with my friend or also walking sometime in my apartment because the neighbors The internet is so bad and some days is offline
Lovely place for a holiday. Affrordable too! Lieterally a one minute walk to everything you could possible need on Sea Point main road. 3 minute walk to beautiful beaches. With a swimmimg pool, gym, barbecue area its hard to beat!!
