I'm staying in Platteberg complex, Equestria Estate. There is no dog park but you can walk your dog/s on a leash... The units you either rent or you buy but you are responsible for your washer and dryer. There is a Gym close by at Lintons Corner, planet fitness and and a mall.... The estate with it's complexes is kept neat by each one's garden service and maintenance is mostly done or orginised for contractors by the caretaker... The inside of your house repairs is on the owner and the outside like the wooden doors, the paint etc is on the complex... You are mostly welcome to contact the Estate manager for more info...
