Lovely family complex with affordable properties, various amenities inside and great security

It has very naughty children and maintenance is very slow. The caretakers love money. Electricity and water bill is way high.

It's a beautiful place to live in, peaceful, quite, fibre amongst others for a lesser price compared to other townhouses I've been. Closer to taxi rank, schools and municipal offices I.e. library and boksburg lake park

This complex, retains the classic feel of children playing on grass. With an access gate, 24 hour security, CCTV cameras, clean and well maintained with Fully functional fibre WiFi throughout the complex. Close to schools ( Boksburg High, CBC, St Dominics, Voortrekker, Parkdene Primary) and extra learning facilities such as Master Maths and Kip Magarth. There is access to a communal swimming pool, hall and park.

The park looks desolate after covid and quite neglected. I am sure it will have some improvements after time. I am sure there were events held here in the past so it should come right again. Worth a stop in my mind.
