Not an easy location. Very narrow internal roads not wide enough to accommodate more than one vehicle at a time. One way road.

A little peaceful village in the valley of Malvern, lush and green with manicured gardens pretty posies all in a neat little row. On the ball security, controlled access main gates with electronic communication. The sunset in this comfortable dwellings is spectacular. Parking is a bit of a juggle. The private park and open sports ground is treat for pets and sports enthusiasts. Minutes away from the hustle and bustle of shopping malls, public transportation and light industrial area. Comfortable, safe dwellings in style, going garden green.
