One of the oldest residential heritage sites in Cape Town. Beautifully maintained gardens and really special community of people. Great security and involved body corporate.

We always stay here when visiting Cape Town at least twice a year. Security is amazing & the place is extremely well maintained. Shoutout to the body corporate for doing such a great job 👏 highly recommended.

Beautiful gardens, spacious apartments, excellent location in Sea Point. Easy access to a wonderful variety of local eateries and shopping. Close to the MyCiti bus stop at Kei Apple.
