Very nice apartments

Living here is not ideal. We moved here thinking it would be a great start up for us, but as time passed more and more penalties were given (for things beyond our control) and additional fees needed to be paid. Such as water, which was never communicated when we first moved in, but rather added after 3 years.

I actually thought this place/neighborhood was safe until they broke into our flat while we were sleeping and stole our TV! We don't know whether this happened during load shedding last night (between 10.00PM and 00:30) or this morning because when we woke up to get ready for work at 05:00AM the TV was gone with the sliding door wide open. Me and my flatmate actually feel so unsafe and we both ladies with a child (a girl). We live on the ground floor and they used the sliding door to get in, there aren't no burglar bars also here. We are scared for our safety here, the security needs to be tighter than it is now because it's HONESTLY NOT.
