Absolutely terrible. Security think they are super heroes or something, they do not allow guests even when they know them just to exercise their authority. The management do not care about your issues, only that rent is paid. Would definitely not recommend, avoid at all costs

Absolutely poor maintenance of this apartment block especially the "new" side, security is pointless(i blame their processes as poor rather then the personnel). Elevate is not working 5 out of 7 days in a week, the managing company of the flats is very poor, diabolical even. They ignore all valid complaints, no efforts to fix existing issues and all they care about is have you paid rent.

1.The security was really good, the security guards were on point and the access control was on point. 2. The place was infested with cockroaches they were everywhere and I was so worried that I'd move with them when I moved to my new place luckily I did not. 3. The elevator did not work. It was a hassle going up so many stairs everyday. 4. The electricity and water were always off and it wasn't a municipal thing so that was another reason why I moved. 5. For my entire stay there I tried contacting maintenance numerous times however nothing was ever fixed I even moved out before they fixed minor issues like the clogged bathtub and this stuff got charged onto my deposit at the end. Those apartments have so much potential it's a pity they aren't fumigating nor taking maintenance seriously. But it's a month to month lease so if you look at it like that it's a good place to get yourself together.

Every single winter season since I’ve moved here there hasn’t been a day I bathed in hot water. Hot water in winter is a luxury. You complain they tell you the hot water is finished. You need things fixed in your apartment you basically have to figure it out yourself! You basically paying for a roof over your head. The water, electricity, cupboards, pipes, doors or whatever just know that’s on you and if they not fixed they take it from your deposit.

I am Extremely Extremely disappointed and hurt by the services provided by Rand president Today!!!! I had a valuable item (Samsung 65 inch)stolen from the premises, while I was vacating and the security personnel were completely unhelpful. The lack of attention, support, and professionalism displayed by the team is unacceptable. There’s No way such a massive item can go missing and nothing is done about it! No sense of urgency for your tenants!!!! As a tenant, I expect a certain level of safety and security, which was clearly not met in this case. I would not recommend this property to anyone until significant improvements are made to their security protocols and staff training. - Customer Service: 1/5 - Overall Experience: 1/5 take tenant concerns seriously!!!
