Randburg Square Apartments - Randburg.

Yooh I wouldn't advice anyone to stay in this apartments, firstly it's overcrowded, very dirty and has small Insects that are bitting people....I honestly need the owner of this residence, something has to be done ...I mean a bachelor cannot have more than 10 people staying in it , people has turned this residence into a business they make people pay their rent while they pay nothing ...this is a squarter camp not a home Yaz kuningi njee yooh

The apartment care taker is incompetent and unprofessional. The lifts take too long and always have a problem. Imagine having to wait ten minutes for a lift. The lifts are filthy. The building is only cleaned once every week. It’s unrealistic to expect lifts and the corridors to be clean when they are cleaned once every week, Expect to see rats as soon as you step out of the building at night. Security is incompetent as well. There’s no sense of urgency when attending to you. I moved in when my bathroom was filthy and had not been painted over, etc. It took a whole month to get Gerald the caretaker to do that. If you value luxury, peace of mind, cleanliness, and professionalism don’t come here.

Its okay for a temporary place but there’s very little maintenance done, they really try keeping it clean, the play area is a mess for kids, its filled with dirt and the condition of the place is not secure at all for young ones, they never really do anything for that place. Security wise its okay I guess. The building needs to be well maintained sometimes the lifts dont work and you have to wait a while before you can go up

Very bad apartments no hot water since 2 months ago very expensive electricity and water. no proper very poor experience

Apartments are very clean, Security is notable positive with controlled access. Biggest advantage is that it's connected to Randburg Square which makes shopping for daily essentials more convenient.
