Redwood Complex - Honeydew.

Cute apartments if you have a very small family as I know they're only two bedroom. Open plan kitchen.. Only bath, toilet and basin. No shower but the bath has a shower head. The rooms aren't that big either but its a quiet complex with 24/7 security at the gate

This complex is a no no .Power issue consistently you lucky to go 2 Weeks without a power outage .Going of for up to 36 hours at a time .AVOID AT ALL COST!!!!!always some excuse cable theft,also not forgetting all the water problems.Management doesn't exist either,and the units have a damp problem

Literally 2 weeks doesn't go by without outages / cable theft. Security is lax. intercom frequently doesn't work. There are break in's, night patrol canceled, electric fence does not work all the time and security does nothing about the break in's. Management just sends a message telling tenants to ensure their things because they won't be liable

Don’t go to this place if you value predictable power supply. Not a week goes by without a substation failure or cable theft case which takes up to 24 hours to resolve. Otherwise, it is a great complex for a small family with young children. Has a homely feeling and you won’t be subjected to unreasonable body corporate rules. It’s also secluded and wouldn’t be such a good idea if you commute to work.

It is a lovely and safe place to stay. The yard is clean and the cleanings service make sure our blocks are v clean. The only problem is the people who don't behave well, making noises late at night . Some people stay up outside during late hours until early morning chatting an laughing that is loud n disrrtubing others
