The complex is not safe. My neighbour’s car got stolen from the complex even though there is “24 hour security”. Children there make a lot of noise. They give you problems when it’s time to refund your deposit when you move out. When you move in, they have a checklist of the things you have in your unit but when you move out, they take a video of your unit. They then claim that items in your unit were in good condition when you moved in even though they were not. The unit I moved into was filthy when I moved in but when I moved out, they took a “cleaning fee” from my deposit. The place is not great and they will not refund your full deposit even if you do not damage anything.

The absolute worst place you could be in. The place may look nice outside but don’t let that fool you this place is the absolute filth- with old and broken cupboards, the stoves full of grease, toilets not flushing etc it goes on and on but when it comes to their money! Oh they will charge for absolute garbage. Electricity is even worse you’ll spend thousands on electricity prepaid where as you get charged for extra money for rental,the rent money changes every month

Hi guys. If your looking for some property investment then this is not a place for you to buy. Piping system is very bad! there’s time when your toilet just doesn’t seem to flush, security don’t care. 10 cars can enter without being checked out. The level of noise is unmatched. People without code can enter using a security guard house . Electric fence is always off cats jump the fence like no bodies business. Car gets fixed in the parking lot. Kids are all over the complex. When comes to rates and taxes you’ll always have accumulated funds which you can never dispute even if you have proof of payment. You’ll just pay non stop. RUN FOR YOUR LIFE AND GET YOUR SELF A PEACE OF MIND. This was the most unpleasant STAY! Complex without rules! Security who doesn’t care! Care taker who doesn’t know anything! Just DONT invest here you’ll fix and fix. Pay and pay!

My fridge is no more working properly because the power is on an off since July 2025 no Caretaker the security is bad its totally nt safe no power everyweekend am so said 😑
