Very cute Apartments with lovely gardens

Rhodes Manor is a beautiful terraced complex with lovely apartments. So convenient to Rondebosch shops and malls, UCT, Baxter and public transport.

Very nice and close to shops and a 20min walk to UCT upper. BUT this place is very unsafe. I’ve been staying here for 3 years (now moving out) and in the last 6 months we have been averaging 3 break ins a MONTH. The criminals keep breaking in the same way and the security cameras have not been fixed for YEARS despite the owners’ promises. That’s almost 1 per week. People have also been robbed at the front entrance multiple times. Body corporate refuse to do anything about these issues and it’s concerning

These are great apartments for investment buyers... students like the area coz it's close to UCT. The block has secure parking, but it's limited, so parking is usually on the street.
