A lovely place that makes you appreciate some quiet time.

Love this place. Cozy flats but more than enough space.

Lived on the first floor of a unit on the south-western side next to Bill Bezeidenhout drive. Visually, things are good. Well kept, good interior finishes, spacious and liveable. Unfortunately the acoustics of the unit I lived in (probably others too as they are mostly the same), are so bad that I found it unbearable. There is virtually no noise insulation. The business of upstairs and next door neighbors can be so clearly heard, it makes this place unlivable for those who enjoy peace and quiet. This is an architectural error. Unfortunately the road is very busy and loud too. The balcony is rendered pretty much useless by it. Inside the house you can mostly expect 40-50db noise, except late at night and Sundays when things quiet down. Outside on the balcony gets closer to 70db due to the cars.

Since my last review. All has been renewed. Place painted, roof cleaned upkeep very good! Beautiful place to live. Quiet, security electric fencing. Entry through gates. Security 24/7. Only do rentals, no purchasing. Opposite also two beautiful block of flats. All three have same owner. More modernized. Ideal for single, young couples or elderly (if fit to climb stairs. 3 floors, no Lifts), Ample parking. All security and electric fencing.
