If I could give it zero, I could. 2 break ins over 3 years and endless issues. Oven broken and never fixed, took almost 2 years for wifi to be installed after promising it would happen faster. Drugs everywhere, washing stolen off of washing line often. Terrible place to live
Park gardens are beautiful and grounds are clean. People on the ground take pride in what they do. Poor communication on changes towards Tenants from management.
Have been living here for 2 years, never had any problems. It is safe, all the kids can play freely in the park. Love it!
The apartments themselves are very nice and spacious. The only downside is management of the body coporate is poor. You have to beg for maintenance to be done. I don't know if there's been a change of management but for the last 2 years it just been going from bad to worse.
Quite a interesting living experience... over all I'm comfortable and safe
