Riptide

Very neat place n the caretaker is very welcoming

The Beach is less than 5 minutes away and the shops is in close proximity of Riptide

Worst flats to stay in Jbay. Multiple break ins. No security... poor management, no body corporate.

The unit was not as clean as their previous standard. Had broken taps, light switches and had black mold on the ceiling

Place is clean but lacks that extra attention like cutting grass, no washing lines, door lock was faulty, Linen needs to be clean. Staff was friendly though.
