Secured complex with security controlled boom gate at the main entrance, and security controlled remote controlled gate. However the back houses in the complex are near the busy WF Nkomo street.

The place has quite rowdy neighbours. The rules are to shut down music at 10pm but well past this time music is played on full blast with neighbours swearing at each other and going up and down the stairs at night. It is no place to raise children , work from home or have peace of mind as the excessive drinking and playing of extremely loud music like it is a tarven happens throughout the week anytime of the day or night. Written at 23:29pm after multiple attempts to try get the neighbours to be considerate.
