No water every second or third week

We have been staying at Riverside Lofts for a year. The flats are what you will expect, but the security is useless. There are no sense of professionalism and most of the security personel has a stinking attitude. Its alwas a mission to get in and out. I am looking forward towards our new place in October.

ANNIQUE ROOIBOS TEA Salon had moved from Bellville to RIVERSIDE LOFTS, Waterfront, Bellville. Beautiful new salon for all your beauty treatments and buying of ANNIQUE products. Currently, only one therapist available. The salon has still it's old business telephone number. Best rooibos tea products made in South Africa. Their treatments are excellent and affordable. Friendly staff. I am a ANNIQUE user since 1989.

I have stayed in Riverside Lofts now for almost a year and a half now and have never been more disappointed. From arrogant security staff to the pathetic water meters they installed. They recently installed PPM water meters in the flats here. I have had my meter replaced about 5 times, almost every 2 months. Your water just gets shut off regardless of your credit and even if you want to load more credit you can't because of a faulty meter. My rent amount has not changed yet and now I'm having to pay out of pocket for my water which I never had to before. I've complained many times but nothing gets done about it. I highly advise anyone who wants to live here to speak to the other residents before buying or renting here. Horrible place.
