Very clean, peaceful and extra safe.

Really not a great place to stay although the inside finishes are really modern there is constant power outages here outside of the loadshedding schedule, water is non existent at least once every week or 2. The gas that is provided has not been available at one stage due to someone not filling it. You have no control over your geyser for how hot it should be as it's either to hot your burn yourself and if you put a bit of cold water the water goes freezing cold, don't even attempt to take a shower when it's windy because that doesn't work well either. Just stay away these are probably the worst units to stay in but I suppose they look really nice

So great. Still surrounded by quite a bit of nature with easy access to the needed shops not too far way. Developers Invicta are easy to work with and very professional! Enjoying it.
