Pretty nice. Not a cookie-cutter estate. Plenty of parks and security. Unfortunately, the vineyard next door sprays chemicals, and the neighbourhood outside of the estate kind of sucks.

Well managed gated security estate (24x7 guards on duty), only a hop from Durbanville Central. State of the art security management, making easy access for you and your visitors. Friendly neighbours with parks for all to enjoy. Always a street braai happening somewhere.

Peaceful, secure family estate. Very tight security, good sense of community and such beautiful family parks and playgrounds within this green, pretty estate. Have a generous mix of private homes and flats.
