Rosendal Court

Lovely little paradise.

👍

Secure, affordable, spacious and culturally diverse group of neighbours.

Very nice and complex in quiet-ish area. Close to all the food shops you will ever need.

Lovely, secure complex. The apartments have an old feel to them, which means you can expect a spacious apartment. Some of the units seem a bit overpriced though. But perfectly situated on mainroad, right opposite Riverside mall which makes it really convenient to get all your basics in one place. Also, direct access to public transport, enroute of both bus and taxi services. Ideal place if you're a young professional/couple
