Rental may seem affordable but sewage and electricity may go up to R2000. Oh and be sure not to rent under clockwise properties they are horrible

Great place to start up as individual or small family, well maintained and close to the freeway. Electricity runs on monthly bill, ensure to get statement directly from managing agent to avoid extra fees that may be added by some greedy owners, overall it's awesome place to stay in with lovely neighbours.
