I just love this place one day I wanna own a unit. Beautiful place! I am finally staying here I am enjoying my stay even though I am renting. One day I am going to own a unit. The safest place ever. Everything is just perfect no complains.
We are living in the residence and the body corporate and managers of the estate has no backbone to address issues. The complex has gone down heavily with crime, peoplw partying till 2-3 in the mornings and fights breaking out causing disturbances for the residents. We have tried to talk to the managers but they ignore the residents. Do not buy or rent here.

Royal Reef Estate is such an awesome place to live in. The beauty, security, tranquility,landscape can make you sell your house and go and rent or buy an apartment there.
