This is a great complex. The complex has lifts so doesn’t matter which floor you are on, you won’t have a problem. Very big apartments as well for the price.

Fantastic complex with spacious apartments, great security, and a peaceful atmosphere. Well-maintained and conveniently located close to shops and amenities. Highly recommended!

The complex is modern and visually appealing. However, there are several significant issues to consider. When there is a power outage, there is unfortunately no water available, which is highly inconvenient. There is also a serious safety concern regarding the gas installations for geysers and stoves. The gas infrastructure is extremely exposed and not properly enclosed, with gaps large enough for someone to potentially fall through. This poses a high safety risk, especially for children. The access gate is not equipped to handle the volume of residents and visitors. Only one gate can operate at a time, causing delays as residents must wait for one gate to close before another can open. There is no designated play area for children, which results in kids playing on the stairs and in the hallways. This is neither safe nor practical for residents. The pool closes at 6pm, even on weekends or hot days, in order to maintain noise levels. Additionally, the pool is far too small to accommodate the number of residents. Overall, while the complex looks beautiful, the living experience does not match expectations. Prospective tenants should think very carefully before signing a lease.

Too many problems to list. It's very noisy! The gym is too small and not maintained, the pool closes at 18:00 too small and situated at the entrance, no privacy at the pool. Children screaming and playing on the stairs and hallways, tenants don't respect each other's parkings. Here is no peace, if you are working from home, this is not the place. Management and body corporate don't do anything about complaints, they just sent whatsapp group messages without getting anything resolved. You can use your braai, the is no airway for the smoke, your house absorbs all the braai smoke. Also bring your own bathroom mirrors. The rent is overpriced, you don't get what is actually being advertised. Actual vs reality = understatement . The dagga smells are chaotic here, when there is no power, then you also have no water. Think twice before moving in here, do your homework and research peeps!!

I sat without electricity for 4 days. Only my house, everything else was powered on. I called about 6 different people who are responsible for the complex and each and everyone of them referred me to the other person, eventually they told me to get in contact with one of the lady's there who was the only person who would be able to fix my unit. She did not respond to any of my calls nor messages for 3 days. She was the only person who they said could help me. And she was of no use what so ever. I eventually had to take matters into my own hands and fix the issue myself. I would still be sitting with no electricity to this day if I hadn't done it myself. Absolutely useless bunch.
