Saffron Gardens

I have been living in Saffron gardens for about 4 months and this has been my experience: Pros - The security guards are strict in terms of access, which makes the place safe. - The geysers are solar assisted, so as long as there is power to heat up the water, there is always hot water. - The ground floor apartments are pet friendly. - The place is child friendly. - The units are spacious, you can fit a double bed in the second bedroom. - There is ample cupboard space. - There are gas stoves. Cons - The children in the complex are quite noisy. - Some units have carpeted bedrooms. - And this is something, I wish I knew before moving in, there are hectic electricity issues. During my time there we hardly went two full weeks with power, and the power can be off, five days at a time, if it’s not stolen cables, it’s unexplained issues. This is unfortunately out of the complex’s control, but it’s the reality of living here.

No it's boring there l used to live there kids are not allowed to play soccer no fair like me and my friend

We were booked to clean a unit here, great complex. Bedrooms quite small so don't move in with huge beds

I'm a owner there. Im happy with the place, the people. There only fault i can find is there is no play area for the kids .

Well Kept ,very tidy complex, If you don't have kids I hope you have an understanding heart shame cuz the kids all know each other ,they play together everywhere , and they are loud , but don't take it personal they are just kids and its a great place to raise kids at as they are very welcoming to each other. The security is good . There is a great sense of community, Obviously there's gonna be a few rotten apples every here and there but generally the people are very nice, the takeaway for me has been the people , met very kind hearted people there , from neighbors ,the people keeping the place clean and the security . Only negative is there is no play area for the kids ,so they play everywhere ,on the parking lot, everywhere. very safe place too, there are cameras everywhere . And very easy for the delivery persons to access and find you inside the estate so that's another great plus.
