Beautiful comedy evenings, great facilities, safe and secure place to live.

I have been living in these apartments for the past 4 years now. Everything would get resolved promptly when Mbali was the estate manager. Now we have this new SELLO guy, he’s rude, incompetent, doesn’t communicate effectively, always arrives late cause you won’t find him in his office in the mornings, and he act like he’s doing you a favour when he’s assisting you. I’m definitely leaving these apartments!!!!! Houss Developers are definitely going to lose more tenants due to this SELLO guy’s behaviour.

Ernest is such an amazing agent. He made my relocation much easier than I expected. From assisting me with paperwork to finding a flat that perfectly suited my needs, and even helping with the move-in process and settling in, his support was exceptional. I would recommend this place anytime.
