Quiet, beautiful and lovely environment to stay in

Quiet, Secure, Friendly. Lots of trees. Well kept complex.

One reason for the rating-The people in the complex are very stuck up.I have friends staying there and one night we had some music on and had a braai.The next Monday the neighbour ran to the complex management to complaint.My friend got a warning.Other than that its nice and cozy.

I own a house in this complex. This is an ideal place for a family. Safety, privacy and tranquility guaranteed. Probably not a place for young men who are still looking to make noise like JpBooker who rated the complex low because they didnt allow him to make noise. The houses are offering a lot of space (big yard, braai space, some have swimming pools etc...) The complex tenants and house owner are very kind a good community of mature people with their families who need just tranquility, privacy and security. Very close to both Vorna Valley and Kyalami so you can access both sides shopping centers, malls and other facilities.

Wonderful secure & quiet complex which is well maintained...gardening is done by professionals & there is a seperate security gate on the road for unwanted visitors...the area is safe
