A Blok of units and we'll maintained in Bloubergrandt

Excellent accommodation but the Managing Agent is useless, after full amount was paid another R350 cleaning fee had to be paid. On arrival another R1 000 deposit was required and you battle to get this refunded. It is now 3 weeks and no response after numerous requests.

Brilliant little unit for a bargain! A stones throw from the beach and right by an out door shopping center. This flat made our Cape Town stay so much better because it felt like home. The residents in the complex are quiet and welcoming. Has all the basic necessities for a self catering unit. We will definitely use this unit for our next stay in Cape Town. It's clean and comfortable, almost feels like home.
