Complex not child friendly.no suitable area for kids to play. No area to hang laundry outdoors

There are ants in the units no matter how many times you get a cleaning company before moving in or how often while living there. You can hear your neighbor drop a coin or cough in the apartment next to you and above you. They fine R500 for children playing in most areas despite not having a playground on the property so reconsider if you have children. They also have some of the most asinine noise rules I have ever heard of so reconsider if you have children or if you have family or friends over for lunch/dinner. There's no braai area and that initially seems like a small price to pay for a nice apartment, but it isn't. They expect you to set up a braai stand near the complex trash cans and braai there. They use Impact Metering, which is easily the worst prepaid services company out there. However, this is a very safe place and the apartments are relatively new and modern. It's meant for a single person who never has people over or a very very quiet couple with no kids. They complain about music on a Saturday and have something called a quiet period on Sunday. This works for some and doesn't work for others but you'll only hear about it after signing the lease.

Place is fine for a small family, but my only problem is internet is LTE

Justsell will take your deposit, and you will never see it again. Also complex is not child friendly, people being mechanics at 2 in the morning next to your window. Complaints to management gets thrown in the dustbin. Avoid
