I asked to see their rooms before booking and they asked me what I wanted or looking for, specifically told them I wanted a room with a balcony and bathtub so I can relax after a long flight. It was coming at an extra cost so they say behold ladies and gentlemen after making the payment I didn't get what I paid for but something else. Making my whole stay unpleasant. Not talking of food on their menu as room service, when you call to order it's not available for room service then why put it there. Ridiculous. Not worth the money will never come here again.

The most convenient place I have ever lived. Everything I need is right at my doorstep, and I rarely have to go far for anything. As a woman living alone, I feel incredibly safe and secure (thanks to the security team). Whenever anything needs fixing, the apartment team is always quick to assist. A special thank you to the entire team for treating residents like family, providing exceptional service, and going above and beyond to ensure our needs are met 24/7. This is more than just an apartment—it truly feels like a forever home. ❤️

The resident experience now feels genuinely world-class, with a team that is consistently professional, friendly, and responsive. The property is well maintained, issues are addressed promptly, and there is a clear commitment to excellence. Amanda and Ayanda deserve particular recognition for their professionalism, responsiveness, and willingness to listen and help resolve challenges whenever they arise. I’ve really enjoyed living at @Sandton Apartments. The security here is excellent, which gives a real sense of comfort and peace of mind. The location is also very convenient and walkable, with plenty of shops and everyday essentials nearby. The apartments themselves are very modern and well-designed, and the amenities make daily living extremely easy and enjoyable. There’s an on-site pool, fitness center, restaurants, coffee shops, salons, and even a small deli/grocery store right on the property. Everything you need is basically within reach, which adds a lot of convenience to the lifestyle here. Overall, it’s a modern, comfortable, and convenient place to live.

I have been a tenant at Sandton Apartments for the past six years, having been here since the very beginning, and I can honestly say that watching this place grow and evolve has been a privilege. Like any new development, there were teething challenges in the early days — but that is entirely normal, and what stands out is how this community has responded to those challenges and improved consistently over time. The team here is nothing short of exceptional. Jonathan, Monique, and Amanda deserve a special mention — professional, welcoming, and always willing to listen. Every suggestion I have raised over the years has been acknowledged and acted upon, with a genuine commitment to making my stay as comfortable as possible. Maintenance is handled with real efficiency. Any issue is typically resolved within two to three days depending on complexity, and for something simple like a light bulb, the team is there within the hour. That level of responsiveness makes a real difference in day-to-day living. The security is excellent, the parking facilities are well managed, and the overall atmosphere is one where you feel genuinely looked after. Living here has been an absolute pleasure, and I believe that when you make the effort to engage with the staff, they go above and beyond in return. To anyone considering a move to the Sandton area — I would not hesitate to recommend these apartments. The team is always willing to work with you, the environment keeps getting better, and I am grateful for every year I have spent here.
