My session was quite a while ago and has always been memorable for all the wrong reasons. Lungile undermined my trauma and even asked me why i didn't leave when i told her the reason for my breakdown. She didn't offer any kind of console through her words and i left feeling worse than when i went. I suspect that she needs to not project her own beliefs and circumstances on someone else trauma.
