Werse place ever, no electricity, no power, it's a dark Hostel with very high rates of water and electricity, no enough carbots in the kitchen. Poor management, they don't take people seriously while they pay lot of money. The rent was supposed to be 1000 instead. Mxm
This place is very bad tenets spend the whole 2 weeks without water and electricity like now we don’t have electricity and the owner of the place is not doing anything. Move in but expect to leave in 2 days. I really wish I had checked the reviews before moving here. I would never recommend this place to anyone. They do not care about their tenants all they care about is rent.
I would not recommend this place. Unreasonable rates with water and electricity issues. The management is very poor, and they don't communicate with the tenants. You cannot go for a day without any problem; it's either electricity or water issues, and the management doesn't give a damn about it. So far, it's been three days without electricity.
Only giving 2 stars because of the really wonderful neighbours who stayed beside me during my two years at Sandy Lane, as well as this complex being close to the shops. But other than that, I wholeheartedly do not recommend moving in here. Poor communication is a regular thing from management, third party charges for water and electricity (you don’t know where your money is going) and these utilities don’t even last long and most of your money will be going towards electricity and water. If you’re someone like me who stayed at the front of the complex, you’ll have little to no privacy at all, noise constantly all day caused by people who are repairing their cars. AR’s administration should be more proactive in resolving electricity issues. The water gets “turned off” mostly every single evening until you can use it again in the morning. And lastly, my biggest concern was when management sent out a blast message but in an improper and unprofessional manner which exposed all of our email addresses, which is a big data breach. Threats and intimidation are also prevalent at this place. Wishy washy rules as well — I was also told to all of a sudden pay a deposit for my apartment that I had been in for 2 years already (when I moved here during a promotion, they had waived my deposit) All in all, it’s a great and ideal starter home, but not a great long term investment.
