I live in a complex next to Sanford Glen and there is a unit near the gate that has 2 dogs that bark and yelp for several hours every day. The owners are never at home and these dogs are not looked after at all. I am surprised that the neighbours, HOA or Management agents have not taken any action to stop this noise nuisance. If you cannot look after your pets, rather dont have any.
