A lovely clean secure complex. Easy access to shopping centers, schools. Units are large and spacious💯💯💯

Security guard thinks he owns the place. Every 5min checking up if you are still wearing your mask and adhering to the rules. But once you in you can't get out as the guard do not have a remote and the key pad is faulty.

Love the look and feel of everything there, the apartments are in excellent condition. The security is quite friendly too.

The worst mistake you could do is buy or rent at this complex. The area is consistently having water and power problems. The security peeps through your windows and is very rude. The utility bill varies according to how many tenants are on the property (mine tripled in 1 month). Even though there is a “prepaid” electricity system R200 is what you will spend on electricity a day! There are multiple empty units and people are moving out quick
