I've lived in this complex for the past year, and noise has been a constant issue—especially on weekend nights. Tenants frequently play loud music from their cars in the parking lot or host house parties, making it nearly impossible to get a peaceful night’s sleep, particularly on Saturdays. What’s even more frustrating is that there's often commotion late into the night, and all of this happens right under the noses of the security guards. My block is located next to the guardhouse, yet the disturbances continue without any noticeable intervention. If you're looking for a quiet and restful living environment, this may not be the right place

Inconsiderate neighbours. Noise at all hours of the night - furniture being moved around, thumping etc. Neighbours having sex loudly and not caring about the next person that hears them. Quite sad because this complex had the potential to be amazing.
