Savannah Lodge

Savannah Lodge is a complex made up of a number of blocks of flats from one bedroom to three bedroom accommodation. The flats are privately owned and the complex falls under Sectional title management. The building is well kept and built as low maintenance face brick structures. Security is very good however the tenants can sometimes be very noisy especially the gangs of children in the complex.

The host was very fast to reply if we had a problem. Bathroom needs some attention. Cold water tap a bit of a nightmare to use when showering. The shower button on the outlet also not fully functional. When flashing the toilet, you must wait to bring the lever back up, otherwise the water runs the whole time.

I will not recommend anyone to stay here. I have lived here for over a year now and there is constant parties in the parking lot. People are voilent if you ask them to keep quite. People park each other in and then you cannot go to work. The workers staying here party alot more than the residents and cause alot of disturbance. The body corporate does nothing about it no matter how many times you report it.

Nothing fancy, just standard intact infrastructure if you need a reliable accomodation. Amazingly maintained garden and neat driveways with shelter. Very quiet chilled place with electric fencing and offsite remote security cameras.

I was here wrongly, same name, different place, nice, quiet, awesome caretaker and residents, no security at the gate to help you, but don't worry, everyone, here is got your back if South African was like the community here, we'd be in a better place.
