Complex itself is nice to live in and safe.. be aware of owner you rent by.. especially unit 6.. does not repay deposit and is very rude..

Nice units. You get the feel.of a forest...nice plants amongst the units. Well. Maintained. Very secure. Very nice intertainment area. Pool well maintained. Would love to stay here.

Great complex. Nice neighborhood. Close to shops and easy to get onto the highway. During peak, getting across the highway isn't too bad. Close to parks. Restaurant's food is great and reasonably priced. The complex does regular upkeep of the grounds and the rules are reasonable and beneficial.

As others have stated; Lovely apartments with a good amount of space, very nice grounds and excellent security. What others aren't saying; area often experiences water supply issues, certain residents have no regard for the complex rules and as a result there are many unsupervised children treating the parking areas as playgrounds. Summary : Great location and surrounds, trash neighbours/parents. PS. Complex has tons of dogs/cats (I am a dog owner and asked the rental agent how many dogs there are and he said 'not too many'). UPDATE: If anyone is reading this and considering moving here (or to Douglasdale in general) ; FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE. It seems like every single month there is an electricity issue and or water issue and I am not exaggerating.
