Very secure and kids friendly

I hate this place. It has too many children running around making noise. I lived there for 10 months and terminated my lease. Roach infested, rats in the ceiling 😔. Worst living experience I've had in the rental market in the east yet.

So absolutely disappointing. Neighbors basting music at all hours, drinking and smoking outside units in parking areas, young children left to run between cars unattended, litter and garbage scattered everywhere. Absolutely not family friendly, had a massive fight happen outside my unit with Neighbors threatening to shoot each other and physically fighting. Guards have a 'do not care attitude ' and allow people in and out without checking, and body corporate do nothing to enforce the code of conduct or rules. I've terminated lease after 2 weeks. The reviews are all fake.

Not bad at all, community living isn't always good

I have been here for the past 4 years. I have to say that this place is very well managed. There are two swimming pools with braai areas so that you don't have to walk too far. It is safe, there are many cameras & security is always patrolling. Electric fencing. There is an armed reaction unit. Fingerprint access. Units are a little small, however it is value for money. It is clean & quiet, however you can enjoy music as long as it is not extremely loud.
