This place is the worst ever especially the parking bays kids playing with water and playing in between cars.. to top it off there are rats running along the walls

These apartments are lovely and peaceful. The rules are just not friendly when you are plant person and love having your plants on the balcony

My Daughter lives there, the body corporate spends the money on useless items instead of items they complex actually need.They allow consent to certain people to do things and not others. They never assist in resolving actual issues but they can kick out innocent pets that actually need homes. The number of pets in the complex are multiplying daily. The excuse of not having pets is that they run around causing chaos but why when the pets are kept inside and no one knows that they are actually there does this become an issue?no pet policy should be for every pet from birds to hamsters to cats and Dogs. If you kicking out the Dogs only because you saw them and there is nothing else to it but that all pets should leave other wise you are being hypocritical let's face it you are. Kids scratch the Cars, they play in the road way and stare at the driver like they in the wrong ,This is the worst complex ever for so much more reasons than that. But that's my opinion.

If you looking for a nice complex to stay in this is the place to stay

There is crime in the complex levies going sky high compared to other complex never seen such in my life... Coleman properties is pocketing the money there is no mantaince to the buildings if you wanna move in the complex make sure you do your homework on it before buying there
