Nice family complex. Even kids playing in the street, which is very rare nowadays.

It's more of a townhouse complex. The yard looks like it decent sized a little swimming pool as well.

Very quiet place... but the kids on weekends and school holidays... up and down with bicycles🚲 one almost got hit by a car😔, and they play ball at the entrance. So I wouldn't say it's a kids-friendly complex... they don't have a park or a place for kids to play. Just a public pool(not enough space for kids to play, but to just swim)
