Seesig Building

Seesig building is neat and clean, with a nice community spirit. Beautiful gardens available to residents, with braai facilities, playgrounds and swimming pools.

After living in this apartment building for more than 15 years, I must say that the first few years were good, after which it unfortunately became very unpleasant, forcing me to finally move out in 2024 and have I been very happy and thankful to have made the decision to finally move out and begin a new life at a much better, more upmarket, and peaceful place. During my time at the Seesig building in the last few years of me living there I was subjected to all kinds of unscrupulous residents, especially the ones living right above me, which had absolutely no regard for the peace and harmony of the other residents living there and who would make life totally unpleasant, because of ongoing noise into the early morning hours. Even after numerous complaints to the complex management the ongoing issues regarding noise disturbance from the resident above my flat still managed to eventually return. So, I am therefore glad that I am not living there anymore and don’t miss the place at all.

Beautifully maintained estate with multiple lush gardens and very well kept walking paths that are cared for daily 🪴🪏 . The newly renovated playground 🛝 , soccer area 🥅 , and pool area 🏊 are excellent and well maintained. There are several spacious, clean braai facilities 🔥 ideal for families and gatherings. The buildings are always clean and properly maintained, and the 24 hour security offers great peace of mind. To top it off, the apartments have an amazing view of Table Mountain, making it a truly special place to live ⛰️.
