Very nice complex in the middle of the town. Safe and green. With two swimming pools and tennis court. Very nice staff and great people around. Amazing club house where possible to celebrate birthdays and just to make parties or just to sit and enjoy incredible sunsets. Braai aria and more other nice things. 5 minutes from shopping centres. And gym.

Noisy. Not that well maintained. Neighbours aren't very considerate of others. Would be fine for a visit, but don't live there if you don't want screaming people and random drunk guys knocking on your door.
