Shingwedzi Complex

Very nice complex well kept and managed

Since I have been staying in the complex, people are so friendly, the gardens are well kept and my kids are able yo feed the ducks that come into the complex.

Shocked to see the potholes, florida lake and surrounding area looking so bad. Years ago it was beautiful. Used to eat ice cream with the children and feeding the ducks. The area is very unsave and dilapidated.

Went to visit a family member. The complex is well maintained and the apartments are really spacious with lovely views of Florida Lake. Tenants have adequate parking. Very low noise levels within the complex itself.

Property's clean n well maintained but kids ain't allowed to really play outside there's a small piece of grass allocated for them to play on. I had to buy new curtains becoz they only allow u to have beige or white curtains. There's no visitors parking. I've read all the good reviews but I honestly feel like this is a very hostile environment n I'm stuck In some nightmare. I Love my landlord n the flat I stay In but my neighbors horrible.i keep telling don't have any parties few weeks ago my patner came n fetched our son but parked Infront of our door we got a R500 fine. I've sent multiple images to the manager of vehicles not parked In their garages I'm sure nothinG WILL HAPPEN DO NOT MOVE HERE IN IF YOUVE GOT KIDS ID SAY THIS COMPLEX IS GOOD FOR ELDERLY PEOPLE.
