Shiraz On 10Th Complex - Boksburg.

I will say its a very safe place to stay but neighbors shout at each other like they have no respect for someone living next to them some use power tools late at night getting no rest on weekend kids dont have a play area so they are all over the place sliding door falling apart place are not maintain well kitchen cupboards are falling apart room cupboards falling apart walls have water damage inside the apartment sad becuase its a nice place after all but somethings can be handle better

I was visting my friend the other day that lives here and i will just say for me i will not recomend it to anyone staying here i think some neighbors are very rude shouting at each other day and night fighting over nothing the walls are so thin you can hear every word the kids that stay next door has no manners just knocking on the door and think its a game parents dont care looking after thier kids here they do as they please no space for them to play and let them be then up to no good was rainig and the sliding door underneath the door water just runnig trew thougt no its a swimming pool inside the place up stairs water flows in under the door its a complète nightmare not recommende for ppl how dont like noise and kids and damaged doors its not maintain properley i think

I have been living here since 2018 (Currently 2025). Good complex with a few good, diverse tenants that make the complex feel like a community. Kids safely play and laugh together inside the Complex, they even sing Christmas carols on Christmas eve door to door to the units that are acceptable to it. Very close to Ravenswood Mall with the PnP, KFC, Clicks etc. Water has never been out since I've moved here. Power goes off maybe 4 or 5 times a year but is mostly turned on within 24 hours. Only draw backs are that there is no pool or designated play area for kids. Some unit bedrooms are a bit small without enough space for a double bed and 2 bedside tables without blocking the closet from opening fully. The foot traffic outside the complex leaves a bit of litter outside from time to time. But I have fairly enjoyed living here. Not for people who don't like hearing kids laugh and play outside during school holidays and summer.
