Very upsetting news. There is word going around that the current security at this complex may be bribed. Body corporate has become absolutely useless. Please review all owners of current units. Something very unsettling is going on here. How can people feel safe anymore?
Quiet time rules are not being respected and enforced. Used to be a tranquil spot but has become far too noisy. Cars are allowed to play loud music as they enter and leave the property. Security does not really help with any of these issues. Residents party and slam doors after midnight. Why do people think they live alone here? We all live together. If you see this, please be considerate of those around you. You chose to live in close proximity to other people.
