Do not rent here. We rented here for 5 months. There was no hot water for the first month. The whole complex also repeatedly had prolonged periods without electricity, sometimes going 8 days without. The owner lied to us and illegally connected the electricity. Our rent was increased illegally and he went against our contract by increasing our rent by 50%. Throughout everything there was no communication from the owner or agents. We have been moved out for 2 months and have still not received our deposit. This is only a few things that I am reporting on but there were so many other things that happened. Please save yourself the hassle.

Apartments are beautiful. Management, electricity management pure crap. They don't care they just rental money. Electricity is simply scam they overcharge all units.

If I could give this place a negative star, I would. Horrible place to live. You will go days without electricity and still pay exorbitant amounts for electricity you don’t have. Living with people who make noise on weekdays in the AMs. Live here if you want to lose your money and have your safety compromised just plain horrible! I curse the owners/body corporate that owns this place.

Wonderful complex with beautifully spaced apartments and balconies. The rent was quite reasonable. There were many issues regarding water and electricity but once management of the complex changed, there was some light at the end of the tunnel. Pro tip: don't rent out any unit from Mathilda Bosch. Terrible terrible management of her units, you can NEVER get ahold of her and you may need to resort to legal avenues to recover your deposit!

The people living in this complex have no neighbourhood etiquette. They make noise throughout the night including on weekdays. Management does nothing about it. Dodgy people moving in. Absolutely impossible to live in or near this complex
